Before use: A food grade mineral oil has been applied during the manufacturing process. Before first use, use a clean cloth to apply a fresh coat of mineral oil to your cutting board and allow 24 hours for the oil to penetrate the wood and dry.
How to wash the cutting board: Wash with warm soapy water and towel to dry. Do not submerge in standing water and do not place in automatic dishwasher.
